The carton we received obviously had been opened before most likely a returned item. After removing all the items from the box it was discovered to be missing one of the casters (there should be 4 but only 5 were in the smaller box inside the carton). I called the 866 customer support number and they said they would send a caster within 5 to 10 in 5 to 10 business days. Hopefully it will be received soon. It was disappointing because even if this was a returned item you would expect the manufacturer to ensure that all the parts were in the box before returning to its inventory.

Nice looking chair not quite as comfortable as the $500 oversized Executive chair it replaces but that's to be expected. For the 3-4 hours a day I spend at my home desk it's more than adequate. Nice looking seems well made rolls easily and does take up less space than the old one which is a plus in a crowded room. Adjustable arm are a nice touch allows me to slide chair into the desk well when not in use. Height tilt and tension adjustments all work well.A snap to assemble less than an hour.

I'd been looking for a desk chair similar to one I've had for years held together by black tape. When I found this chair at such a good price I purchased on the spot. Staples assembled overnight & I picked it up the next day. It's comfortable & fits my body just like the "old" chair when it was newer. I'm so glad I visited Staples & found this chair. I recommend highly. Excellent chair & value for the money.
