It's been very comfortable and hope it'll stay that way. I use it at my L-shaped sewing table so I wish it didn't have arms but Staples had no chairs without arms.

The Back attachment alignment is slightly off during the manufacturing process. The Back is positioned to the left. This happened with both my original purchase and my replacement. I had to take the time needed to fully assemble the second chair and take apart the original to send back. Quality Assurance is needed.
