Box was missing right armrest. I called store & they removed one front the display chair. I picked it up about 15min. later. We finished the chair. The staff was very attentive to me at the time in the store They put the box in the cart I payed & the same gentleman rolled cart to my car & loaded. The same gentleman got my handrest for me. Very nice & apologized for the missing part. I have always gone to Staples for all my office needs. Never a problem.
