The chair now is the second one since the first was damaged with cuts in the fabric and appeared repackaged before sending to me. The replacement arived in a better box. However when assembled the back was at an angle. The support bracket was attached crooked. Not wanting to return the item and second time I was able to adjust the back using 8 washers on one side to correct the slant. Nice chair otherwise but beware.

Only used it for a week so far but it is comfortable and for me most importantly small enough to move easily in and out of my desk; all controls worked and I am able to make it as high or as low as I want or need. The back is comfortable when I remember to sit back and have the chair support me.

After returning the first chair because the holes in the seat were vastly misdrilled the second sample went together easily. However the back is terribly slanted. It looks as though the bracket holding the back is attached to the back at a slant. The chair is fine. I am accepting that I’ll always have a chair with a twisted back. Looks funny at the desk. At least it’s the chair and not my back that is twisted.

The chair is great. It’s comfortable adjusts to the right height the arms are cushioned and very comfortable and adjust to the right height. I use it about an hour or two everyday with no issues at all.

Furthermore quality of this chair is outstanding! I am extremely happy with this purchase.
