Most chairs don't ratchet down enough for me. I'm 5'2" and now I can put my feet on the floor. Good lumbar support as well.

But a little tough to put together. The directions were good and all was going well until the final screw wouldn’t go in. It didn’t reach the wood. That was caused by the plate fastening to the seat didn’t fit right. That in turn made the seat back end up being crooked. With some manpower it’s a little better but still isn’t perfect. I’m hoping after I sit on it for a while it will eventually seat itself and we can screw it tighter to take up the slack Other than that it’s very comfortable and fits me perfectly. It adjusted tall enough so I don’t have to add a pillow anymore. I’d recommend it but be alert to screw not fitting properly.

It is a nice chair. Easy to put together and comfortable. However there is a strong chemical smell on it that adhears to your clothes when you sit on it. I washed it with soap and water and it the smell was still there so I put a sheet over it. It still smells although not as bad. Had it known this would be an issue I would not have bought it.
