The chair itself is quite comfortable (my back is grateful) and was easy to assemble. But I need to place a huge shout out to Staples for delivering this chair to me one business day after I ordered it! When my office staff was instructed to work from home due to the pandemic I did not have an appropriate chair to sit in for a full workday. After two days of using a dining room chair my lower back was *not* happy and the transition into using this chair was welcomed and has been a huge help. So I am very pleased with this purchase.

This is a very reasonably priced chair for the quality. I also purchased ext warranty because the riser mechanisms tend to be the first failure point on these but the price was low enough to include it.

If you’re just looking for a chair that’s not super expensive and cushiony - this is it. I did find that while I’m sitting in it I’m Almost too straight up it leaning forward. I like the reclining back option on chairs and this doesn’t really have that. The whole chair sort of tilts a little but it’s not the same thing. I don’t find it comfortable on my back and would like to return it.

I actually had to add a cushion because I wasn't able to slide back far enough. Comfortable chair with lots of width. Ultimately could use a little seat padding but a great deal for under $100. Good lumbar support if you slide back all the way. Cushioned and adjustable armrests.
