The display chair in the store is 80% more comfortable than the one I came home with. The store put it together so I know it wasn't anything that I did. We even compared the two chairs together in the store before I took it home. It's not a terrible chair it just takes a lot of effort to comfortably lean back. They say that it will soften up over time which isn't a good excuse to me.
