Got a great price for a great chair. While it was out of stock at the store (a popular chair no doubt) the associate said it would be delivered on Tuesday. Sure enough Tuesday by around noon there it is. I had it put together in a matter of minutes. Solid and holds a guy my size quite well (I am 6' 2" - 235 pounds - I know I gotta lose weight) The service at the store was great. Attentive and helpful.

This may not be as good for 8 continuous hours as some of the other chairs at twice the price but it's very comfortable. I also needed a slightly higher max height than average which this chair delivers. Overall I'm glad I bought it.

I realized that I needed a desk chair to work from home for COVID-19. Some had already been working from home for a week or two when I went shopping and things like chairs and headsets were getting hard to find. I sat down in this chair in store and it just fit. It was adjustable enough and had all the features I wanted for a good price but they were out at the store. I thought it would probably take a long time to get it when I ordered it online but I think it was delivered the next day. I was impressed. Overall it was a very positive buying experience even though it was understandably out of stock in store.
