Chair is perfect for a smaller person (5' 6") and it was one of a few chairs where the arms were fully adjustable up/down. Unfortunate I had to exchange the chair because the first one had a screw pop out immediately and the back looked crooked. Exchanging was easy and delivery was next day as was the UPS pickup for the defective chair. So far the chair hanging there.

I really like my new chair and it's lightweight too! The fact that it's lightweight concerns me for long-term as well. It can tip over very easily and I can see the seat cushion wearing out pretty quickly. I do love it for the time being and I would recommend it.

So far it works well. As the associate said...you get what you pay for and I didn't pay a lot for it. I hope this chair works well. It is very comfortable and I do like the adjustable arms and the easy swivel.
