The staff was helpful patient and knowledgeable about the merchandise. My only criticism was several of the floor models were not available and hence it limited my choices..

Needed something comfortable for a remote office location. Price was very good and the chair has great options. Adjustable arm rests tilt raise lower and lock.

Comfortable nice adjusting arm rest plush cushy seat easy to clean and the best part - SIMPLE to put together! Took me less than 1/2 hour to complete. I highly recommend this chair. :-)

I love this chair. It's perfect for someone short like me. It's good posture-wise as well. It's comfortable for many hours of sitting. A great deal.

I'm a big guy and this chair is to small for me. Cushion is also not very good doesn't seem like it will hold up very well.
