Mt Pleasant Mi. store did not have 1 chair in stock that was Black...had to order it so they did when I was in the store...I paid for it I also paid for it to be put together. Got a message from Staples 3 or 4 days later stating my chair was ready to be picked up. I went to the store and yes my chair was there however it was not put together hence I had to make a 2nd trip to go back and pick up my chair finally put together. Also there was a note put in there computer that the chair was to be put together...someone didn't read it or care that I would have to make 2 trips to pick it up.

Just purchased this chair and overall I am pleased with it. For its price the quality is very good. I did not attach the arms to it so if you don't want the arms that is an option. The back of the chair feels a bit stiff and there is no way to adjust it. I'd say that is the only drawback but it is a definite upgrade from my previous chair.
