I purchased 2 from the same store. One is fine. The other has a rip in the seat seam that started after only 1 month of use. There is a warranty but the replacement parts have been out of stock for over 3 months (probably pandemic-related). Currently I would advise buying the in-store warranty so it can be returned and replaced at the store quickly if needed. The other chair is good. The padding is not as comfortable after using it for a few months but its still pretty good for the price.

The chair is fine but after unpacking to commence assembly it was discovered that one of the wheels was missing. Fortunately the chair it was purchased to replace had the same exact wheel so I was able to use it thus saving the need to repack and return the item. Had that not been the case (which generally would not have been) the inconvenience would have been outrageous. I did stop by the Staples store and reported the incident to the manager however.

This chair is perfect for my small office space. It is well cushioned on the seat and padded on the back which makes it very comfortable. The arms are padded as well and you can remove them if desired. It swivels and "reclines". It also has the lever to raise and lower as needed. It's a great chair. It was on sale and I was also able to also use my Staples Rewards points.

This chair was easy to put together. My 8 year old helped put it together. It's not very ergonomic. I can barely stand up It hurts my back so bad.
