My advice to anyone considering any Traymore chair is: Do not buy one. I purchased mine in February of this year. I did not put it together until today. The first thing I tried to do was adjust the arm height. One side adjusts; the other side won't budge. Next I tried to adjust the tilt and the tension. Nope. Won't budge. I can't use it. Too uncomfortable without the tilt and arm rest. All I can say for it is it swivels and rolls. Unfortunately I have waited too long to expect a refund. Very disappointing.

This chair is comfortable and the perfect size for my 5' 2" frame. So far it seems to be a great purchase for the price. In addition it was delivered to my house the next day for no charge. Thank you Staples!
