A few days after receiving it I put it together. The left arm spring to raise the arm to a higher level literally popped out after I finished putting the chair together. I decided to keep the chair because I did not want to go through the hassle of replacing it. Other than that the chair is okay. I fit in it just fine and it serves its purpose as I needed a chair since I am working from home for my job.

The chair is very comfortable for long days. I now work from home and needed a chair without arms that with sit under my desk. This chair has worked out great. The arms where sent but we simply did not attach them to the chair.

I'm 5'3 and it is hard to find a chair but this chair is almost perfect. I cld use a little more padding for your bottom but over all love it!
