Despite the good price the tilt mechanism DOES NOT work. Even though the chair's specifications indicate that it reclines it does not. Unfortunately I would like to return it but cannot get it apart to put it back in the box.

The only thing I found troubling about assembling this chair is that the lever to raise and lower the seat seems to be on backwards! In fact I was considering taking it back to Staples in an effort to have it looked at by their employees to see what could be done to fix it but I would need someone to get it back into my car! Since the assembly of this product was somewhat complex I would not look forward to having to do it again.....especially because I'm only 5 feet tall with a bad back and no longer have the strength in my hands I had when I was younger (I'm 72)!!! The chair itself is very comfortable and the design is great but it would be even better if I could raise/lower the seat by reaching the lever from the front (as was the case with other chairs I've had in the past). Let me hear from you on this! Thank you!

Great customer service at the store. The chair arrived on time but when I started to put it together I realized it was too big for my working area. In the large store it looked much smaller. I did say I wanted a chair without arms but there was nothing on display in the store. I went online not realizing there were so many more chairs I could choose from. I returned the chair and Nancy handling my return with grace. I gave it a four although the customer service was excellent. Now I will go online and choose something smaller.
