I bought this based on the good reviews and softer arm rests. It is so uncomfortable that I am back to my old chair. Really hard to buy a chair online.

I purchased this chair to upgrade my previous one after COVID set in and I was working from home full time. My old chair lacked the support for my back that this one provides. The chair has definately helped my posture and back issues. My only issue with this chair is that the seat portion does not have as much cushion as I would have liked but for the price I paid and I'm also sitting in the chair 8 - 10 hours a day I will buy a small support pillow to take care of this problem. If you are purchasing to work at your desk for shorter amounts of time I think this would be a great purchase.

This is a acceptable task chair but not an all day work from home solution.

I bought this chair a couple of weeks ago. It's so much more comfortable than the big chair I had before. It's so much smaller in the back and perfect for my 5'2 frame. So far I have no complaints about it and like it.
