I bought 2 chairs PUt them together according to instructions. First one came out great. Love it. I would have given it 5 stars. But the 2nd one was put together in the exact same way but it was apparent that the quality control is lacking. There were many sloppy seams and a few bumps under the padding on the 2nd one It also tilted to the right side. So I don't know whether to recommend the chair or ask Staples to send me a new one. If I have to disassemble the one I made and pack it and send it back its not worth the hassle. SO you have to interpret this review not simply as a comment on the chair but on the gamble that you might get an inferior one that was shoddily manufactured. Great chair if you get a good specimen.

Really took a chance with this chair. Normally would never order something like this on line but since store are closed cause of covid 19 i has to take a chance. My company relocated us to work from home while we try to lower the cases of infected people. This chair is so comfortable. The cushion is well padded. Tilt is perfect as well as the height adjustments. Quality is beautiful. I would buy this chair over and over again. Easy to put together too!!
