One of the screwholes were messed up so there’s a screw poking out of the chair. Other than that it’s very comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. (Besides the screw)

I am a petite size and short height (5’2”); so many office chairs are too large for me especially the length of the seat. This sturdy chair fits me very well and is very comfy! The length of the seat (from back rest to front edge) is perfect length for my short legs. I also like that the cushioned arms and seat height are adjustable. The only things missing are a taller back so you can rest your head during breaks and adjustable lumbar support. Though the seat back has good lumbar support built in. If you don’t need those two things and are a shorter person then I highly recommend it.

I bought 2 of these. In less then a year they both are defective. The hydraulics will not hold up and the seat keeps lowering all the way down on its own. Disappointed!
