It's a nice soft comfortable chair. Easily adjustable sitting height. If I sit all the way back against the back of the chair it does support my back. However that back is not adjustable.

I chose this chair because I have pretty short legs and often can’t sit that comfortably in an office chair. This chair has a relatively short seat depth making me able to sit with my back fully against the rest and the front edge of the chair rests at the back of my knees. The cushioning is just fine. It has arm rests which I typically don’t go for but I’m giving them a chance. They’re easy to remove if I decide I don’t like them. Assembly was relatively easy. Though I had to switch which screws I used to screw on the back rest and the ones that mounted the shaft/base assembly. The screws allotted for the backrest are too short to work. Aside from that it’s a great chair!
