The chair is soft and comfortable but I wish I had stepped up to one that has a lumbar support. I did purchase a back support which makes the chair more suitable for an 8 hour day.

The Back attachment alignment is slightly off during the manufacturing process. The Back is positioned to the left. This happened with both my original purchase and my replacement. I had to take the time needed to fully assemble the second chair and take apart the original to send back. Quality Assurance is needed.
