I never EVER review products. I have too much on my plate to dedicate time to writing a review no one will read but THIS CHAIR this chair has changed my life. I've sat in dozens of office chairs. Dozens of chairs which almost always have something wrong with them; wrong height too big or small improper back support uncomfortable hard wood or plastic...but this chair is a step above every other chair I've tried. I bought this chair during the Staples chair sale. I still had my doubts about spending over 80 bucks on a chair but boy do I not regret it. This is possibly the best purchase of my adult life. It's wonderful. This chair is soft enough where it counts without sacrificing support. The arm rests are great and the set up was easy enough to do on my own in under an hour. It's adjustable which is perfect for my home office and the back support is great. Honestly 10/10 would recommend. I wish all of the computer labs at my university had this chair. This chair is amazing.

I like the chair but when I put all the pieces together and attached the back to the chair in order to line up the screws the back was decidedly off-center by about an inch. Still comfortable to sit in but visually disorienting. Oh also one of the armrests had a tear in the faux leather when I took it out of the box; the local Staples was very accommodating and went into a box in stock and got me a replacement right on the spot.

It’s a comfortable seat and we like the firm spring setting when you’re leaning back. However the backrest is off center to the seat and is not adjustable/correctable and the arm rest fabrication is sloppy.

Chair was very simple to put together. It seems overwhelming when taking all the pieces out of the box but it was quick and simple. The chair is comfortable but I can not imagine sitting in the chair all day. Great chair for the price.
