Assembly was pretty easy. Quality is as advertised however tilt angle of back support does not really move no matter which direction you turn the adjustment knob.

comfortable with adjustable arm height

I appreciate using this chair in my home office as it slides around on the wood floor smoothly and allows me free movement. I can bend over while sitting and open the bottom drawer of my filing cabinet without flipping over! The adjustable arms are nice so that I can use the keyboard on my computer with my elbows in a comfortable position. Very happy with this purchase!

I think I will like the chair if I ever find a replacement screw for the one faulty one that was provided. (It does not have an opening for the hex key). I am searching at home and will look at a hardware store next week. Other than than the chair assembles easily and it seems sturdy and comfortable enough. It was a bargain price with my coupons.
