Very comfortable chair and the help/service form the employees was much appreciated. Would recommend this chair to someone who was looking and not wanting to spend a lot of money.

It took only two weeks for the discomfort to settle in. These chairs are made with a metal plate under the seat cover which gives as much comfort as a park bench. Forget it!

Chair sinks in less than a year

I purchased this chair 10 months ago and I noticed it was starting to lower slowly within the past two months or so. The hydraulic gasket is leaking more and more air. It was comfortable and great at first but now it sinks slowly to the lowest point in about 5 minutes from its highest point. It was easy to put together which was nice.
