The chair was a purchase for my Mom. She loves the height of the chair the back support and the high armrests. I would have given it 5 stars but the workmanship under the bottom looked like it was missing some staples to secure the fabric on the seat. Also the holes on the right side were off so it sticks out to the side further than the right armrest does. No major biggie only a 40 yr. veteran seamstress and DYI furniture upholster would have noticed those things. Other than those two things it is a good chair so far.

I chose this chair for its size comfort and price. After assembling it we noticed that the entire back was at an angle and felt that over time this would be uncomfortable (and it didn't look too good). I returned it to Staples for a refund and ordered again. Second chair back is a little tilted but not as noticable. Kept it and I think it will be good.
