Most chairs do not have padded arms. This one does. The seat and back are soft and comfortable. Overall a very nice chair.

This is not a chair for a huge person but the size is perfect for my size (about 5'5"). It's soft and comfortable. Great for the price! But be careful about stability. When I reached across my desk yesterday to turn on a light the chair surprised me by tipping over sideways. I've done this reach many times and never had a chair tip over. It's not so unstable that I'll return it but I will be more careful in the future about leaning over.

The chair was delivered next-day and easily assembled in less than 20 minutes. Seems to be relatively good quality; only time will tell how durable the imitation leather covering lasts. No visible flaws in any of the materials or construction.
