Purchased for my HS aged daughter mainly for better comfort during her 2.5 days per week remote learning from home due to covid split cohorts. 48 hours after first use she came out of her room & said "I love my new chair!" Happy daughter happy father! Said it's so comfortable! Loves the comfort first & foremost but also its ability to spin around move up & down tilt forward or back with ease. It was very easy to put together. (20mins) No tools necessary. Only thing required was the Allen wrench provided.

Compared with Costco and decided on this from Staples. Basically the same price but had soft arms and back. I just preferred it over the other. Assembly was easy and had done in less than 15 minutes. Instructions were pictures so easy to follow.
