This chair is a great value for the money. Everything is adjustable: the arms height and back. I needed a smaller scale chair to accommodate 2 chairs in a small space. It works great. It was also very easy to put together. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an inexpensive small scale office chair with all the features.

Chair replaced by a similar that that has been discontinued. The arms have adjustable height but they stick out to far from the side of the seat. If you lean on the arms the chair sometimes tries to tip over. They are about 2 inches farther out on each side than the previous version. Buy the extended warranty since the fake leather splits at the seams after about 12 months of use.

The chair is perfect for our needs and the price is right. The customer service in the store however leaves a lot to be desired. While the employees are nice they are not well informed of their own inventory. Two phone calls were made ahead of time to check availability however when we arrived they claimed there was no stock. We originally wanted the chair in gray and were told there were two. There were none at the store after arriving a short time later. Finally someone went through the back room and found one chair but it was in black. It’s not hard to see why retail stores are going downhill. No stock and ill trained employees.
