Great chair easy to assemble delivery was perfect but item is for small body types or no taller than 5ft 6. Wasnt a deal breaker for me but if you are a naturally average size person you may have to get something a tad larger than this size. Quality is just fine for price and cushion is comfortable. Back support is basic but not much room if you want to add back cushion support.

The instructions in the book for how to put the chair together were wrong--the screws were mislabeled but once I figured that out and was able to get the right screws for each part it was smooth sailing. This is my new office chair. I sit in it for about 8hours a day and it sits well.

We have our laptop in our small kitchen. The floors are hardwood and any chair with castors is going to slip out from under your fanny easily. The size of the chair was good; the footprint for the kitchen floor size was good; we just had to get a rug with some stickum and cushion to get it to stay in place. Locking castors would not have worked; they would probably just scratch the flooring as the chair was moved around. Good price too and the chair seat is comfy.
