I would say like 4.5 stars. A lot of soft foam padding and a soft covering. Not the best built chair but decent enough for the price. Very satisfied.

Chair was easy to assemble. It was great to have all the same size bolts that used the same size hex wrench. Comfortable. Only time will tell how long it holds up. I am glad that I bought the manager's chair as opposed to the executive chair as I had before.

Great chair overall for the price point. I tested one out in store before purchasing to make sure I liked it. Delivery was quicker than predicted after ordering online. My only issue was that after assembled the chair had a noticeable (visual and actual) tilt to the seat. The whole chair was leaning to one side. Luckily my husband took it apart and was able to add some metal washers to one of the holes that connected the seat to the actual base; to even it out. Simple enough fix but shouldn’t have to of been done in the first place.

As a Christmas gift it was a hit. My husband had no problem assembling it & as a plus sized man he was very comfortable. I highly recommend this chair.
