Directions to put together were very easy to assemble. For someone planning to sit in this chair for a few hours a day that is shorter it is perfect. I’m 5’2 but my husband of 5’9 found it far too small to sit in for any extended period of time.

Love the chair. It is so comfortable and rolls easily on the carpet in my den. Assembly was very well documented and easy to follow. I had it assembled in about 1/2 hour. For the price ease of assembly and comfort I would recommend this to anyone.

Two months after spine surgery I needed a chair that wouldn't compress the healing vertebrae. This chair fit just right so that it supported my thighs without pressure on my back. While the chair wouldn't be considered ergonomic nor this be a medical recommendation I can say this chair is comfortable and adds no stress while sitting for a long period of time.
