A lot of trouble putting the chair together. It would not tilt called the help line and they sent us a new connection for the seat and wheels. could not put it on the chair. Will never buy a chair unless it assembled.

It was easy to put together. Seems comfortable and I like the way that the back cover can be replaced should it need to. However none of the other pieces have a zipper so that could be an issue.
