I bought it on line which means I had to assemble it. Probably the best assembly kit I’ve experienced. All the bolts were sealed in a string of sequentially numbered poly bags with the step number and the number of enclosed bolts printed on an enclosed card. The final bag in the sequence contained an Allen wrench the only tool required for assembly. Assembly instructions were clear with great graphics. Really well done! (And my wife says the chair is very comfortable in her home office…). If this baby is durable it’s a great buy!
