When put together the chair back is crooked. We tried loosening all the bolts to see if it would align but to no avail.

This was better than I expected. It is soft and comfortable. It comes up to nice height when adjusted and can be lowered to a comfortable level. The arms adjust up and down also. The back of the chair can be pushed back slightly. Pleasantly surprised. I recommend it.

This chair is very comfortable for the price. The directions were easy to follow and it went together quickly. I wanted black and the box said gray the salesperson told me the company calls their black chairs gray when I got it home and opened the box it was gray NOT black. beware of color! other than that great little chair.
