Box was missing right armrest. I called store & they removed one front the display chair. I picked it up about 15min. later. We finished the chair. The staff was very attentive to me at the time in the store They put the box in the cart I payed & the same gentleman rolled cart to my car & loaded. The same gentleman got my handrest for me. Very nice & apologized for the missing part. I have always gone to Staples for all my office needs. Never a problem.

This is a great all around chair. Assembly took less than 10 minutes and there’s only one tool needed but it comes with it. Highly recommend.

Ripping at the seams

I wanted to love this chair but it’s ripping at the seams after one week of use. The back has also bent back like a lounge chair and will not move forward again.

I love this chair. Although it's leather it's a very soft leather & should be easy to keep clean. The arms have 2 position levels you can adjust to & they're removable if you prefer. The tension on the back can be adjusted making it very comfortable on my back. It's fairly compact & therefore a good fit for my home office. I chose black leather because it complements my office decor but it also comes in grey as well. I bought it over a month ago & use it every day. I'll see how well it performs as time goes by but for now I have no complaints. I did purchase a separate warranty just in case anything breaks or gets damaged.
