I love the tilting the short back adds for optimal stretching and the cushions are great! The back support is also excellent.

Bought this chair for my wife who has a bad back. She has been using it for more then a week and loves it. We are BOTH very happy with it.

This was better than I expected. It is soft and comfortable. It comes up to nice height when adjusted and can be lowered to a comfortable level. The arms adjust up and down also. The back of the chair can be pushed back slightly. Pleasantly surprised. I recommend it.
