I am very dissatisfied with the traymore luxura managers chair. The seat padding has permanently flattened and the cushion is so uncomfortable it cannot be used for more than one hour at a time. It causes significant back pain and leg pain. I would like to return it as a defective product as I have owned it for less than 30 days

I think I will like the chair if I ever find a replacement screw for the one faulty one that was provided. (It does not have an opening for the hex key). I am searching at home and will look at a hardware store next week. Other than than the chair assembles easily and it seems sturdy and comfortable enough. It was a bargain price with my coupons.
