I like the chair but when I put all the pieces together and attached the back to the chair in order to line up the screws the back was decidedly off-center by about an inch. Still comfortable to sit in but visually disorienting. Oh also one of the armrests had a tear in the faux leather when I took it out of the box; the local Staples was very accommodating and went into a box in stock and got me a replacement right on the spot.

The synthetic leather is thin and already has a hole in it where it occasionally rubs against my desk. At least once a day I sit in the chair and it drops to the lowest seat height. The cushion started breaking down within the first week and I've developed back problems due to lack of support. I am only 5'6" and 140lbs. If this chair can't hold up under my weight I don't think it would work for many.
