The chair was a purchase for my Mom. She loves the height of the chair the back support and the high armrests. I would have given it 5 stars but the workmanship under the bottom looked like it was missing some staples to secure the fabric on the seat. Also the holes on the right side were off so it sticks out to the side further than the right armrest does. No major biggie only a 40 yr. veteran seamstress and DYI furniture upholster would have noticed those things. Other than those two things it is a good chair so far.

My advice to anyone considering any Traymore chair is: Do not buy one. I purchased mine in February of this year. I did not put it together until today. The first thing I tried to do was adjust the arm height. One side adjusts; the other side won't budge. Next I tried to adjust the tilt and the tension. Nope. Won't budge. I can't use it. Too uncomfortable without the tilt and arm rest. All I can say for it is it swivels and rolls. Unfortunately I have waited too long to expect a refund. Very disappointing.
