This is a comfortable chair with plenty of adjustment settings. Surprisingly it was also the least expensive chair at Staples. Assembly instructions were adequate for even the least mechanically inclined. Parts are numbered and the only tool you need is included. . Delivery time was exceptionally fast. I got it the day after I ordered it at the store.

The size is perfect for my small desk. I’m petite and it fits just right. The seat cushion is not too hard or soft. Easy to assemble. I was intimidated at the beginning but it was easy to follow the instructions. I don’t give them a five because I get sucked in to the back of the seat. I have to buy a padding for my lower back.
