The chair is comfortable and nice and we were very happy with it until I leaned slightly on my right arm a week in and the button holding the armrest just flew off broken at the base. The Protection plan WILL NOT cover such a simple repair and they want us to spend a week or more without an office chair at home while we get rid of it they're satisfied with the proof of disposal we get our money back and buy another chair.
