I liked this chair better than most in the store. I like the one I received but the seat cushion has flattened out sooner than I would have expected (3 months) so I've had to add a cushion. Also it creaks at times (I've already lubed the joints twice) and now the gas strut is slowly leaking (1/2" per hour). All-in-all I still like it but I feel like it is aging quickly.

I can never find an office chair where Idon't need a foot rest to keep my posture level. This chair is great for the vertically challenged like me. My feet are flat on the ground. The seat is very comfortable too. The only thing I wish it had was the ability to lock the wheels.
