I had to return first chair and pay for the replacement to be put together. The bolts in the seat were simply not long enough. Once put together (even with one bolt missing) the chair is very nice and serves my purpose as a computer chair. I would recommend this chair but pay to get it put together.

Assembly was pretty easy. Quality is as advertised however tilt angle of back support does not really move no matter which direction you turn the adjustment knob.

Bolts do not thread properly and loosen up. I had 2 bolts that did not thread all the way and after 2 weeks all the bolts on the arm had loosened. I tightened them all up and every one on the seat bottom. I do not expect that this will last and require some tweaking by me. I could return the chair but that would require a trip to the store which I am now avoiding due to Covid-19

The instruction guidelines were not as clear as they could be. I actually put the arms on wrong (slanting backwards) and did not realize it until I saw a photo of the chair. When the chair is upside down during assembly it's difficult to see the difference. But now that it is assembled correctly I like it.

Love the chair. It is so comfortable and rolls easily on the carpet in my den. Assembly was very well documented and easy to follow. I had it assembled in about 1/2 hour. For the price ease of assembly and comfort I would recommend this to anyone.

I spent a lot of time in the store testing chairs. I have a bad back and seating is a problem. I chose this one. Was afraid it wouldn't be as comfy when sitting in it for a long period of time. Well it is! I'm thinking of getting a second one to wheel around the house to places where I have to sit for a long time.
