I stopped in because I wanted THIS chair not a chair. Staples is the only chain that carries styles suited to petite women. Store and warehouse were out of stock so the manager cleaned the floor model and rang it up at a discount.

This product is poorly made especially changing the height of the seat which changes sometimes without the lever. The arm rests and seat are too short
