Terrible chair. Both arms and lift collapsed right away.

The arms are so soft they collapsed within hours. (The floor model at the store had firm arms. I don’t know why they’re different.) And the supposedly-hydraulic lift collapses invisibly over hours; it is lower each day than the day before and I have to raise it. I will have to trash it or maybe give it away as long as I make clear to whoever takes it that it will not hold up to use. (For what it’s worth I weigh 160 lbs so it’s not my weight or my arms causing the collapse.)

This chair is so comfortabe! I am 5' and 120 lb. Most office chairs are not comfortable for me but this one is perfect. Could use more lumbar support but nothing a cushion can't fix. Adjustable height and arm rests are great too!
