I waited a while before writing this review to see how this chair lasted. I bought this chair to replace the Mesh Back Fabric Task Chair 51463-cc which failed after about 6 months. This chair is still going strong after about a year and still works like new. It's hydraulic piston holds position and it moves with ease. It is comfortable even after hours of use and is worth the extra dollars I paid over the Mesh Back Chair. I expect that this chair will last for years.
