The chair is perfect for our needs and the price is right. The customer service in the store however leaves a lot to be desired. While the employees are nice they are not well informed of their own inventory. Two phone calls were made ahead of time to check availability however when we arrived they claimed there was no stock. We originally wanted the chair in gray and were told there were two. There were none at the store after arriving a short time later. Finally someone went through the back room and found one chair but it was in black. It’s not hard to see why retail stores are going downhill. No stock and ill trained employees.
