We purchased this chair for my wife's desk at home. The chair fits the needs without a lot of bells and whistles. The only thing we did not appreciate was the store had only the display model and still charged us $20.00 for assembly. That felt wrong to us.

The arms continually shake even though they are secured properly. The chair arms are not finished as well as they should be and the fabric on the underside just seems to be gathered and glued in place. The three cylinders that go around the stem of the chair to give it a finished look just collapse into one another therefore the silver metal stem shows when the rest of the chair is black. What to do?
