I sat in every chair in the store multiple times. I went in remembering what I don't like about my (now worn out) chair. The main complaint is that it gets very hard almost like sitting on a board after a while. This chair has all the points I need but is a lowback. I didn't initially consider it for that reason. However after sitting in it for a while I was quite comfortable. It has all of the usual adjustments plus the armrests are adjustable in height. Pretty neat. I bought 3 of them and assembly is easy. Tip: Assemble the chair on top of the empty box. Both armrests can hang over the side making assembly super easy. Overall I am happy with the chair and recommend it.

This chair was relatively easy to assemble and I was excited as it was fairly comfortable. One of the wheels fell off within a week and keeps coming off! Disappointed.

I have been looking for a new chair for 1.5 years. This one fits the bill for the most part. Very comfortable but wish the back was adjustable. It would be nice if the chair moved easier across carpet. A chair is a personal thing. Not every chair is comfortable for everyone. This is closest to the perfect chair for me.
