Comfortable but there is a part that continues to pop off on the arm rest. But other than that 4 star rating

Better Than More Expensive Chairs!
on April 18, 2021

I bought one of the more expensive chairs from Staples and had to return it. Why? Because I could not lower the fancy chair enough to fit my desk! I need the seat top to be 19" above the floor. Is that too much to ask? I tried all of the chairs on display at Staples. This was as comfortable as the most expensive ones. But this is the only one that can be lowered enough. And I am not short! I wear 32 or 34 inch inseam pants. I definitely recommend this. And I hope Staples will stock more chairs that can be lowered to a usable level!

It's okay. I'd like to be able to lean back with more ease than I seem to be able to. I'm confused about how the adjustment works.
