The chair was purchased as a replacement for my old worn out desk chair in my home. The chair is very comfortable and has a variety of adjustments you can make to suit you. I am happy with this chair.

While unpacking the chair it was very obvious that it was a returned item. I haven't assembled it but it looks as if all the parts are there.

I've been using the chair a little over a week now and the seat cushion is already compressed considerably. If it gets much worse I'm going to return the chair for a refund. I would not recommend this chair.
