The chair is comfortable. The reason for the 4 star is when fastening the backrest to the seat there were no threads to accept one of the bolts so it is held by 3 bolts rather than 4. I think it will be fine.

No happy with chair holes did not match up so one arm rest sticks out one inch on one side back of seat does not look even.

would not recommend it to our friends to buy this chair not made well like most things you have to put together the holes never match. because of the arm rests did not go together well it does not fit under our desk. Just a piece of chrape not a very happy customer at all.

This chair is very comfortable. I have bad knees and sciatica in my thighs. Sitting for any length of time is usually painful. I can sit twice as long in this chair as our old one and without a special pillow added. Our antique desk has only a 20" opening for the chair. Since we didn't care about the arms and left them off we can tuck the chair way in when not in use.

Just assembled and seems fine and at a good price. Those who complain that store assembly is poor should just do it themselves if they want it done right. Great assembly guide....back is the most difficult to attach because of the cushions.
