It is what I ordered but it was not what it appeared to be online. I thought it was a high back chair because that’s what I always purchase however when the assembly men took it out of the box I could see it wasn’t. Very disappointed yet I kept it anyway for the price I paid. It is sturdy so it should last my daughter two years......

This chair was fairly easy to assemble in less than 20 minutes...probably less if I didn't have wine. It is very comfortable for my bottom and back. The chair has adjustable height so now my posture and alignment to my desk and monitor has tremendously improved. I've noticed fewer neck back and headache issues. When it's time to return to the office I could easily disassemble the chair and place it in the box for later or I may actually take it to my office. This is a really nice chair for the price! My first priority was comfort but it's quite pleasing to the eye too!

I liked this chair better than most in the store. I like the one I received but the seat cushion has flattened out sooner than I would have expected (3 months) so I've had to add a cushion. Also it creaks at times (I've already lubed the joints twice) and now the gas strut is slowly leaking (1/2" per hour). All-in-all I still like it but I feel like it is aging quickly.
