I had trouble when it came to assembling the chair and attaching the bottom half to the top half. The screws got stuck and became impossible to get out. I had to ask my neighbor to help and he used multiple tools to finally be able to remove the screws. Besides that it was easy enough to assemble and very comfortable. I picked this chair out specifically in the store after sitting on many and I’m glad it’s finally assembled and usable in my home office.

I'm short so most office chairs are not comfortable because the seat is too long and the headrest doesn't fall in the right place. This chair seems to be designed for people like me. I took off one star because the seat is rather hard and I may need a cushion if sitting for a long time. The chair went together easily and the instructions were clear.
