Very comfortable and very easy to put together. I have a back and hip issue yet I can sit comfortably in this chair for the entire work day. During assembly a couple of the bolt holes were covered by the material underneath the seat but seriously no big deal Love this chair for my home office.

Pros: easy to assemble comfortable easy to adjust Cons: some bolt holes out of line so the chair back ends up crooked. This was the case for three chairs tested (even the floor model was skewed). Finally settled for the least skewed one.
