All Employees at Staples very helpful with my recent purchase of desk chair. Thanks so much. Recommend Staples for excellent service and products sold there.

The chair does not recline regardless of how the tilt tension knob is turned. Very disappointing.

This turned out to be a really good and comfortable chair once I got it put together. (The Allen wrench needed to tighten the screws was missing but fortunately I was able to get one at a local hardware store. After that the assembly was easy.) I'm sitting in it now as I type this.

Bought for home office better than several other pricier chairs to users surprise. Easy to assemble holding up well so far 40 plus hours a week
