The chair is fine but after unpacking to commence assembly it was discovered that one of the wheels was missing. Fortunately the chair it was purchased to replace had the same exact wheel so I was able to use it thus saving the need to repack and return the item. Had that not been the case (which generally would not have been) the inconvenience would have been outrageous. I did stop by the Staples store and reported the incident to the manager however.

Im 5'4 and this chair fits me perfectly! I've been looking for years to find an office chair on the smaller size. This is not a task chair but a comfy padded true office chair. Just love the gray color. Got it on sale so it only cost $100. A great chair for a great price!
